Enjoy a scrumptious country-style breakfast (You won't need lunch!) in the
country atmosphere of our farmhouse, built in 1840; serving guests since
1988.
Breakfast will be served to meet your morning schedule. Our spotless rooms
have private baths and attractive furnishings. We are open all year, air conditioned, with a television in each room.
A hot tub is available for all guests lodging with us available May thru
November. Golfing is within walking
distance.

A Slice of Home Bed and Breakfast is located in a quiet, romantic, rural
setting, 15 minutes from
Ithaca and 30 minutes from
Watkins Glen, in Upstate New York - perfect for a sightseeing family
vacation or a romantic getaway in the Finger Lakes.
We are centrally located to the Seneca and Cayuga Lake Wine Trails,
museums, wonderful restaurants, shopping, hiking, biking and all that this
area has to offer.
We are located within walking distance of the new
Hollybrook Country
Club, with banquet hall. Hollybrook is a wonderful 18 hole course that
is open to the public. We even have a new driving range
nearby. What a perfect location a slice of Home offers!
We are a short distance to
Cornell University and
Ithaca College,
Corning Museum of Glass and four
New York State Parks surrounded by
wineries, antique shops, and
cross country skiing,
hiking
and bicycle trails. Our location is
bicycle friendly too! We specialize in daily self-tour planning. We'll help

We provide area maps for self-guided tours in order to help our guests
see the most important sites, such as Taughannock Falls
(which is higher than Niagara Falls), and Watkins Glen with its famous gorge. Enjoy

For group touring the

The new
Tioga Downs
racetrack with harness racing and video gaming is a short drive from our
B&B. Open every day, racing continues until mid-September, and the
casino is open all year. For the sports enthusiast we can offer suggestions on where to hike,
swim, photograph waterfalls and bike. Cross country ski trails begin right off our back porch! We have some of the best
hunting and fishing in the country.

Rates
Rates are $95 to $220 (depending on choice of rooms)
Discounts are given for more than 2 nights, and for weekdays – some
exceptions. Winter season discounted further, Dec - April.
(Higher prices on some specific weekends.)
Children are conditionally welcome.
